New garden design in West Norwood

We’re delighted to have completed a new garden design project in South East London.

The design was, in part, inspired by plants, white in flower, to be at their best during early spring or autumn. Various other requirements were of importance such as fragrance by the kitchen wall/window, groundcover and to fit into a romantic and traditional planting scheme.

New garden design in Streatham Hill

For this garden design, the client required soft exuberant planting with a high volume of flowers, a concealed play area for the children to play in, and that it be low in maintenance.

Flowering plants sit beside, elegant grasses, fruits and fragranced herbs, offering continued interest annually.

New exotic garden design in Streatham

I was delighted with the brief for this garden, as so many of my favourite plants were included! This particular planting scheme’s growth rate was rapid, reaching its full potential within a year of its planting.

The UK climate usually dictates a later start for exotic gardens, so we took the precaution to plant a wide selection of extravagant spring bulbs to maximise the length of interest.
